KGC Social Economic Empowerment Program aims to address economic disparities and social empowerment of marginalized communities especially the black communities. The overall effort is a multifaceted approach that can have a significant effect on not only individuals’ livelihoods but the entire society. We believe our society cannot reach its full potential without inclusive prosperity; therefore, we have established interventions that will help uplift the social economic welfare of the marginalized groups. We are currently undertaking project feasibility for a social purpose real estate initiative that will help address current housing affordability crisis being experience across the country. The project purpose is to provide affordable rental homes to newcomers and low-income families as well as a community centre that offer various services to socially excluded groups and communities. The SEE program also focuses on supporting black-led and black-owned businesses by working with various stakeholders to provide information and opportunities.
